Hey everyone!
I'm excited to announce that I've been working on Diversify Tech's new Talent Database! This platform will showcase members from our community who are actively seeking tech roles.
You'll be able to filter candidates by experience, location, and skills, making it easier to find the right fit. Our basic version has already helped many individuals from underrepresented backgrounds land jobs, and the new updates will make it even more effective.
Over the years, I've received numerous requests to enhance it. Balancing life as a CEO, software engineer, and mom of two has been quite the adventure, but I'm thrilled with the progress made this year. I am aiming to launch next month!
